I submitted a complaint to the National Consumer Commission against a company in August 2012 and despite having spoken to about 10 consultants throughout the last 10 months, nobody can tell me how and if any progress has taken place regarding the complaint. In the last few months nobody answers the phone - just a voice message saying "Please hold while we transfer your call! " The call never gets transferred to anyone/anywhere! Is the NCC still open and operating and if so, why does nobody answer the phone, EVER? Should a formal written complaint take this long to resolve?
