I am finding the Office of the National Consumer Commission to be an absolute joke. No fax response, incorrect posted telephone numbers, delays of more than 30 minutes on hold for calls. No responses to emails. Another complete government legislative farce. If government wants to give consumers any glimmer of hope that it cares, it needs to fix this problem NOW. There are many highly competent, trained persons out of work in the national economy. Why not employ them and give this Act some teeth?
