The first email I sent to lodge a complaint about a supplier was on 22 May.
I forwarded the same email on 28th May, 31 May and 3 June. All emails were read.
No response to any of these emails has been received.
I attempted to contact them (listened to a "Please hold while I transfer your call" message for over 35 minutes) before disconnecting.
How does one lodge a complaint for poor service with the complaints commission if they themselves are failing to respond!
