If they do exist... who are they helping. I have been trying from june 2013 to get assistance from them, however to date no has had the courtesy to provide feedback. I have even tried contacting the acting director of NCC AND THE ONLY RESPONSE I GET IS THAT MY COMPLAINT HAS BEEN NOTED AND SOMEONE WILL BE IN CONTACT. Does this commission really have the CONSUMERS interest at heart? why hasnt anyone helped me with my issue with QVC/VRS or whatever they call themselves??
Is there perhaps another commission/department/organisation that can help with a complaint about the NATION CONSUMER COMMISSION???
