Horrific since June 2012

I made a complaint to the Consumer Commission a over a year ago regarding over 1000 emails that I sent to Motor Finance Corporation regarding an unresolved dispute. I have been phoning every week for a year now, and every time I am told that they are still busy with my case. Mfc are 3 days away from repossessing my vehicles and the NCC are still busy investigating!!!??? Its been a year. I am unemployed now but have to see a lawyer at my expense bcos the NCC are incompetent!!! Their phones hardly ever work and they ignore my emails. Yet another failure government department... hhhrrrrrr!!
