None payment of UIF Benifits

I retired on 31/07/2021 after 35 years working at absa. A online claim for benifits was done on 08/09/2021. I had to follow up many times about the delay and documents were send many times as requested by them. Every time I email for progress or phone the same answer your documents must be vetted. I am waiting now for 11 months for benifits to be paid out. I even paif Little MOnkeys an amount of R835 in Janaury 2022 to asssit but needless to say also very little help from them to resolve the problem and get UIF Payment of which I am entilted to receive after 35 years servcie in absa. I really do not know what to do anymore as it seems they always find a reason not to make payment to me. Unfortunately this is my last resort to ask beeld to help me resolve this problem as I am entitled to receive UIF Benifits
