I have unfairly treated by the dept of employment and labour for almost 6years. I have launched grievances even to higher authorities but nothing has been done to the perpetrators instead they get more and more protection from higher authorities. I have followed all the internal grievance procedures but the relevant people turn a blind eye. The abuse range from falsifying the Incompetency, harassing me when I am off sick by denying receipt of sick notes, withholding my salary when I am off sick to depriving me working resources (forcing me to give IT equipment designated for me to somebody else... Which is against the IT policy). The list is endless, this is only a summary.
