I have called discovery to try and upgrade my health care due to the fact that the key care plus is just a wait of money there are no benifits at all and they calculate you rate based on you salary which is totally rediculous. Now that i would like to upgrade to a decent plan this suddenly cant be done and needs to be reviewed> Let me make it clear I DO NOT WANT TO BE ON KEYCARE PLUS with not benifits as i feel like my money is going to waiste either this needs to be sorted out and my medical aid upgraded or i will find a competent health service that will provide me with the Plan that i would like to choose we live in South africa and we are entiteled to freedom of choice.
I would like to choose what medical aid cover i would like to pay for!
Someone Please assist on this matter urgently as i have had no joy emailing Discovery numourous times
