This is a email from "maternity matters " who we paid to handle the benefit claim - The daily rate which appears on the system is INCORRECT. Hence the incorrect information which I passed on to you.
However, the payments themselves that Elizabeth has been receiving are correct.
This is the reason why I cannot help you. I cannot advise on behalf of the department of labour WHY the figure they have on their system reflects as it does. And when I asked for an explanation, it cant be explained to me. Which is why I cannot explain it to you.

The confirmed that the total payment which will be received comes to R15 797 for the 4 month period.
This is unacceptable for this to happen confirmation was above amount and know only R1400, 1500 and 1392.04 paid to me.
