As last resort I have to go this route to receive a progress payment from ABSA for work done in the construction of a home for an ABSA bonded client. The buildig contract states that a maximium of 5 working days is required for the processing of a payment. I have now waited 3 weeks and no payment in sight. As a small business cash flow is vital and ABSA are not helping at all. Next step is to stop all work as my capital is now limited and who knows when I will get paid. ABSA please help me to create employment and not strangle me. Thanks.
