I was originally contacted by Suredata to submit my claim.
After submitting my claim along with supporting Documents - bank statements, I waited. Eventually I was asked for a tax reference number.
All documents have been submitted. After countless follow ups i was finally told that according to banking the bank account I supplied was no longer active. I find this to be absolute NONSENSE.
I submitted bank statements stamped and approved by the bank and all the details is on the bank.
My last call to the call center resulted in the consultant informing me that he'll revert my query back to the payouts department. This was last week.
