Logged a call for tampering of electricity streetlights on 3rd Oct 2022 and we already on the 14th with no inspector sent out. The agent logged the contact back number with a false contact number. The Supervisor of 012 358 9999, called Victor just sends email onto a so-called Director's forum with a response called noted! NOTED??? from whom, suppose to mean it's acknowledge what rubbish!
They market the reporting of tampering and leaking water and when reported, they SIT ON THEIR LAZY BEHINDS and do nothing! What Hypocrites.. GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER GOVERMENT!
You are suppose to respond to water Leaks within 24 hours! 24 HOURS!!! THERE IS WATER RESTRICTIONS.. and your water pipes leaking means the customer is paying and being cut off water !!!
