Kindly log a complaint about my outstanding Pension fund and Provident fund payment. Staff number: 00123185 (Nkosana Nelcio Hlophe) I submitted the documents after my resignation in November 2021 until today my pension hasn't been paid.
When I queried with Head Office, I was told that the documents were only received this month on the
02 February 2022.
The documents were emailed to Lala and Ruan at Dischem - Modderfontein Flamingo centre.
I still have proof of the email that was sent in November 2021.
Kindy investigate my complaint as I have my personal needs as well.
I already served the waiting period of 4 - 6 weeks and I'm not prepared to wait any longer.
So whoever that's responsible for this should account for his or her actions of failing to attend to my email.
I want my payout before Wednesday - 09/02/2022.
