No reply and bad service including

I did a refund at the gautrain. 1st they ask me for my I'd/drivers, they so busy chatting behind the counter on their phones they switch my d/l with another man's. then They called me 5days later and said everything is in order go to your nearest station and claim your money back. I get there no one knows anything. I paid the money in cash and they refuse to put the money in my bank account, the manager starts gossiping with her colleague in front of me. Now they tell me I must also pay an admin fee which was never told to me when I did the refund papers. Then I asked when will I receive my gautrain card back which I paid for. And they said no it's theirs I won't get it back, now I must pay again for a new gautrain ticket and they waisted 4 hours of my time and petrol to drive out so far. 3 rd time back, another new person I must explain to what happened. Waisted another 3 hours of my time and giving me a bad attitude... 14works days has passed and where''s my money? 3times of bad service and no money, attitude, never in my life will I make use of their services again and I'll make sure ill keep others away too!!
