I went to book a 35 day pass on my gold card for the first time and i ask of the prices before making the booking... the stupid woman told me that all in all i would have to R3105, which iwas way over the amount. so trusting the woman i paid in cash only to realise that i was paying an extra R700 which she did not put on my slip. so i cant personally go and compalin because i will come across as some... very upset and disponted in the staff the gautrain imploy. atleast i know better not to trust the staff at the gautrain, rather to pay with my credit card than pay in cash... please gautrain. check that you dont imploy who rob us of our hard earned money
