Excellent Service from Midrand Gautrain Security

Last week, whilst on the M3 Sunninghill Gautrain bus, my Gautrain Gold Card slid off my lap and ended up between the heater and the bus. When we arrived at Midrand Station I told the bus-driver what had happened and he called Titus, the gentleman with the clipboard who checks the bus times etc. He rushed off to fetch a screwdriver to try to dismantle the heater in order to slide the card out, but I told him not to worry as there were commuters now waiting to depart and that there wasn't much credit left on my card anyhow. He told me to leave my name and number with Gautrain Security and that when the bus came back after 19h00 he would be able to remove the heater to try and find my card. I, of course, didn't hold out any hope of hearing from him - being used to the "I'll call you back" scenarios! The very next day, I received a call from Gautrain Security to say they had found my card and to get it back from Titus when I was next at Midrand Station. Imagine my surprise and joy! My faith in the Gautrain Security has been enhanced - thank you for going the extra mile - well done!
