I bought a electricity voucher Saturday morning to load electricity. When I tried to load the voucher, it gave an error. I tried several times, but no luck and the units started running low. I phoned Centlec, they said there was a problem and was working on it, but they will phone back soon with a new number. That was Saturday morning. My reference number: 340936. Sunday morning no units left and I phoned again. I was told the problem was solved and I will receive a call during the day with a code to load. It is now 20:26 Sunday night and nothing. I phoned again, but Nicholas in the call center knows nothing. He gave me metering numbers to phone, but neither of the two numbers answered. I warned them I was going to bypass the meter if they don't get back to me in 10min, which naturally they didn't. And I spent a lot on cellphone airtime to phone them. I have a radio control room that can't run long without electricity, and the generator costs me a lot on petrol. I think they need to look at their staffs' competency.
