I Bought a 7-day-pass.
I did not use all the trips because I had to used my car.
I was told I forfeited the trips and no refund will be given to me. That is by Gautrain. In this age of technological advancements why has Gautrain got such unreasonable and obnoxious practices. Gautrain should not engage in such practices just because they have some sort of monopoly going. This mamoth business success will slowly derail as people will surely shun and find other alternative transport means. GAUTRAIN must not forget most people who use its services have cars and they can always go back to using their cars. I want my money back in form of trips or money. Gautrain Management must not spoil this showpiece because of laziness. Get systems in place to ensure reflexibility. Don't leave too late. It is much more preferrable to use cars saving traffic. But people can find ways around that. And they are doing that. Wake up Gautrain!
