Hi I am a permanent Gautrain user and I must say. This is really the worst service I have ever experienced with Gautrain Services. You would think because the Gautrain is a French company that they would make alternative arrangements for their clients to get to their destinations, but no they just expect their clients to Lose money because of this Bus strike. I understand that the strike is national but really, you couldn't arrange a shuttle for each area for your Loyal customers? I mean this is affecting everyone, petrol is way expensive and the cost to drive from Pretoria to JHB is not the same as with Gautrain and above that your ticket will expire because we The Clients need to make other arrangements due to terrible management and arrangements. If this is what we can expect from Gautrain then I would rather influence all the people that I know and I know most of them not to use this awful service any longer.
