I had called in for the second time today and ask to speak to a team leader, the call cente employee "utopian" forgot to put me on hold so that I can hold for her teamleader and she was ridiculing me on mocking my conversation with her felllow employees and I heard everything as they where laughing and teasing me as they thought i was on hold, i ask for her name and she didnt want to give it to me. When speaking to the teamleader " mantobie" (where i got her name) spoke to her refusing to acknowledge that I heard t hem ridiculing me, I ask for a reference for this called she said it was impossible yet I have got previous references. After demanding a reference for the call she put down the phone in my ear. The called took place between 11:45 and 12:08 while trying to complain a second time coz I have received no service.. My first reference was 985482 earlier this morning. I am apauled by what occurred this morning and the way I was treated by the call assistant and teamleader. Yet the technician I have requested is still not at my premises.
