Following up on my previous complaint about no tax certificate I called the called centre this morning - needless to say same story different day - we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused!
I asked to speak to a team leader - please hold - lovely mono-tone hold music for a minute or two then the engaged signal - cut-off! (Reference number: MS080720131140)
Start from scratch, new consultant, same story, verification etc etc - same answer - spoke to a team leader - Glenda - "sorry sir I don't know what to say besides sorry? " How about fix it - get the tax certificates out earlier like every other financial institution - don't be late in the first place, don't cut customers off while on the line - anything would be an improvement!
