received several troubleshooting tips from the Technical department, still problem persisted...
and today was my last but of patience
Called in again and was told to take the phone in for repairs however they are unable to tell me how long it will take.
Almost got it right to speak to a teamleader... but she dropped the call, no surprise there.
Had to call in again... whoop whoop.
Spoke to another agent, didn't understand... finally got hold of a teamleader and had to explain my poor sob story for about the 7th time, repeated myself so much that my colleague knows it by heart already.
Ask if there is a loan unit and was told that Cell C doesn't or can't provide loan units for their customers...
