This is another request regarding, Joseph Carmello San Giorgio's birth certificate.
We have now since November 2012 without success been able to acquire the final document required for the Italian consulate, I have asked " please " can we receive such document before end of 2013 as my youngest son, Mathew Palm was urgently in need of the document before he left the country. The situation now is such that he has almost been arrested twice for not having the papers in order for him to get his Italian passport, he was given an extended time to receive such which is due to expire.
As requested by yourself, we have emailed you the proof of Joseph Carmello San Giorgio's unabridged marriage certificate with his name stated and his unabridged birth certificate, which just needs his name stated, as this was not entered. The Italian consulate is ready to process the passport once they have the unabridged birth certificate, my son Mark Palm has been in contact with yourself phonically, to which you would have returned his call, to date no response.
