I have a retirement annuity with Investment Horizons. i changed banking details in march and notified them and
completed the forms was assisted by a a very unhelpful and rude lady at Eersterivier branch. They only did one debit order from my new banking account. The following month they tried to debit the banking account that i closed. I emailed them a month ago, enquiring about being in arrears due to their stuff up. They had no explanation. I asked that them to do a double deduction from July. Without telling me they did a triple deduction which I cant afford. I called them lodged complaints and enquiries but without any help or feedback. They simply never called back. I called yesterday and spoke to a teamleader, Tashriq Parker who promised to get Nellie Nkabani to call me back this morning. Once again no call and i called them at 13h10 only to be put on hold and the call was ended while I was on hold. I am going to move my bussiness from them as I cant handle their no care and no help attitude. I am sick of them to say the least, they rather tell me about how their product work like its my fault that they
