Extremely poor outbound call centre agent

Call centre agent calls, doesn't introduce himself properly, and the asks me to hold the line while he does who knwows what, when he gets back on the line, he tells me the reason for the call, to which I respond in an irate manner because of being placed on hold. Now as we discussing this particular query I ask him to check on his system as I cannot remember the dates correctly, to which the agent sarcastically replies "don't you have your statement infront of you? You don't know what you are talking about" which made me even more irate, I then request to speak to a Team Leader, to which the consultant firstly refused, and then said there is no team leaders around. I insisted on speaking to a team leader, who as it turns out is much worse than the consultant that I spoke to. He was arrogant, sarcastic, didn't listen to my query at all, kept interupting me as I spoke, spoke over me. And to make matters worse, said its not nedbanks fault, I need to go ask my bank why they released money to nedbank before my debit date. He also failed to answer any of my questions in a way which was understandable. Extremely poor consultant and poor teamleader.
