Bad attitude

I called Vodacom (082111) to be assisted regarding the vodacom contract, spoke to a lady called Vuyelwa not sureabout her surname but i thing its Phalisa.the lady was very rude gave me attitude and kept on putting me on hold for no reason, asked to speak to someone else and she told me that its pointless for me to speak to someone else becoz they give me the same answers she is giving me.after some time spoke to other deptment teamleader and she promised that they listern to the call and i asked to receive a callback today regarding this matter and i wanted Vuyelwa to apologise.@11:30 am i got a call from the team leader and she apologise and gave the fone to vuyelwa, instead of her apologising she just said 'hi veliwe this is vuyelwa i was told to call and apologise to you so i apologise' just like that! she didnt Acknowledge what she did was wrong and when i asked her if that was a apologise she just said'i was told to apologise so i apologise.if this is the manner the agent has then i dont want to be a vodacom client anymore, i need to be respected as a client becoz i respect her as a Consultant, she realy needs to be trained on TCF, am realy Upset and disapointed in this.
