Never received birth certificate

In February 2011 we paid Stork Unabridged (formerly Stork Registration Services) to get an abridged & unabridged birth certificate for our newborn.By April 2011 we had received the abridged. I contacted Lourette van Niekerk (the owner of the company) several times over the course of the past two and a half years requesting the unabridged. Sometimes the emails were answered, more often not.By March of 2013, she emailed to say that she had re-applied for the unabridged certificate, as clearly Home Affairs had not done their job. Several emails after that conversation requesting the progress of the new application went unanswered.

I had to go to Home Affairs this past week to fetch passports, and mentioned to the person assisting me that I was having this problem.By simply typing in the details of my son, they were able to tell me that the unabridged had been issued to Lourette van Niekerk in NOVEMBER 2011!!!

Which means that she has been lying to me for the past two years, as she has clearly misplaced the certificate, and she also hasn't bothered to apply for a new one. I got Home Affairs to reprint me a copy for R75.00. Now I would like my money back from Stork Unabridged.
