This morning my fianc? and I went to re-new our passports at the DOHA Pretoria. The customer service was outstanding! As we walked in we greeted with a warm welcome and pointed in the right direction.
We were then helped by Esther, she was so friendly, fast and efficient. She was so clued up and was ready to answer any of our questions.
Every single staff member from the security guard to the cashier was fast, friendly and efficient!
