I applied for my daughter birth certificate where we were changing surname and adding a name as well in january 2012.i was informed dat the process wil take 9 months, so till today we havent received the certificate.the child's first birth certificate is in the names of Oratilwe Masechaba Mashiane and we were changing it to 0ratilwe Masechaba Ayanda Mahasha, your assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated as we have enquired many times but to no avail.
