I paid R1500 for the City of Tshwane to install a prepaid meter into my house. It took them three months, but eventually they came and installed the machine.
Even though I now buy pre-paid electricity, I still receive an electricity bill every month. Last month I was forced to pay R1200 extra when I bought pre-paid electricity, for the last month's electric bill. This is ridiculous! I paid it when I bought it! Why do I need to pay again?
It is impossible to get through to their non existent call center. I tried for several weeks now - no one picks up! I sent an email and got no response.
The City of Tshwane is pathetic!
I want my money back and an apology.
