I have never had problems with my gautrain card but with Rea vaya system has become a nightmare. Yesterday i tried using my card to be told low balance, later on in the day i went to absa bank to check my card and it reflected that i have R202.45 on my card. In the evening when i tried jumping onto the bus my card said i`m out of money and that`s when i went to tokoza park to be told i have R12. Yet their printed slip reflects R0.00. Then i was referred to customer care, when i contacted customer care i spoke to Batseba who explained that the absa slip is incorrect because it is not updated. She also explained that the slip that doesn`t show my recent transactions is the correct one. Whoever trained the call center, has done a great job because the agents are unable to do anything else besides log a ticket and advise that i will receive a call within 3 working days. Meaning that i have to spend more money to use their card and can barely receive a invoice of my transactions as a card holder. I WANT MY MONEY BECAUSE THIS IS DAY LIGHT! somebody better call me before the 3days or i will escalate this further until i receive what i pay for.
