I am a Rea Vaya customer and fail to understand why I have to wait 30 days for
funds to be transferred from a lost card to my new card (R400).
In the meantime having to pay for rides on my new card.
I called the 011 375 55 55 (0860 562 874) and received the reference number 1003121301
Please streamline your system as this is really very frustrating to your customers, also reference
numbers will be helpful & correct telephone numbers on the back of the new card packs, the
reason why I say this is on my old pack the number 08600 08600 when I called that number
ABSA could not report my card lost, on the new pack the number 0800 11 11 55.
Can I please have a response at your earliest convenience with regards to my funds.
& CAN SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAILS
