On Wednesday 04/12/2013 I decided to take the Rea Vaya from Park station to Owl street. I was sold a bus card however the systems were offline and therefore could not load money on the card. I was told that I would be allowed through and could fill money ont he card when I arrive at my stop. Guess what? The ticket office at Owl Street was also offline and was allowed to go through. On arrrival to the ticket office on my return trip home I was refused to go through as I did had no money on my card and the systems were still offline. My car was in PTA and I am in JHB without transport.

On Thursday, I then called the call centre 011 375 5555 and spoke to Jaenine who confirmed that the ticket office was online and I can go to recharge my card. Guess what again? They were still offline. Called the call centre to ask Jeanine why was i told this and she had already left for the day! No manager was able to assist me, I left a message for Miss Dlamini and still no call despite being promised that I will be called back to rectify the situation and the inconvience I was put through.

DO ME A FAVOUR TAKE YOUR CARD BACK, REFUND ME R20 AND I WILL GLADLY NOT USE YOUR SERVICE.
