ONE TRANSACTION 3 TIMES THEOUGH ACCOUNT

TODAY I MADE A TRANSACTION AT A GARAGE. I HANDED THE CASHIER MY CHEQUE CARD. WHEN I ENTERED MY PIN THE CASHIER SAID THE TRANSACTION WAS DECLINED AND THE CASHIER PROVIDED A SLIP AS PROOF. I ASHED THE CASHIER TO TRY THE CARD AGAIN. THE CASHIER DID AND IT WAS DECLINED AS WELL WITH A SLIP AS PROOF. I THEN HANDED THE CASHIER MY DEBIT CARD THAT IS LINKED TO MY CHEQUE ACC THE TRANSACTION WENT THROUGH. I THEN RECEIVED A SMS FROM STD BANK SHOWING THE TWO DECLINED TRANSACTIONS FROM THE CHEQUE CARD WENT THROUGH AS WELL AS THE ONE WITH THE DEBIT CARD. I CONTACTED STANDARD BANK GENERAL BANKING. I SPOKE WITH ABEGALE. SHE TOLD ME THAT THE TWO CHEQUE CARD TRANSACTIONS ARE PENDING AND WILL NOT GO THROUGH MY ACC AND WILL BE REVERSED IMMEDIATE THE FUNDS HOWEVER WILL ONLY SHOW TOMORROW MORNING.

WHEN I CHECKED MY STATEMENT ONLINE AFTER I SPOKE TO ABEGAIL I FOUND THAT THE TWO TRANSACTIONS WAS NOT REVERSED AS SHE SAID.

THIS IS UNEXCEPTIONABLE. WHY MUST I WAIT FOR MY MONEY! STANDARD BANK TOOK MY MONEY FROM MY ACC WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION BUT I MUST WAIT FOR IT 24HRS.

GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. I YOU DO NOT CONTACT ME REGARDING THIS TO BE SORTED IMMEDIATELY I WILL TAKE THIS UP WITH THE OMBUDSMAN.
