I am 1 of your customer, yesterday on the 11th most of your stations were offline in the morning were able to tag in at Thokoza but when I got to Westgate we couldn't and when I left afternoon to go home I note that when I tagged in the station I saw a message saying "penalty charged" I asked the lady that works there and she explained about tag out before in but I asked how would I have known if they do not tel us, now it is not my fault that your systems were off line and that your staff did not inform us about this and am sure you will be getting a lot of this emails from your customers. Your staff does not even know how much is the penalty fee, please reverse those funds and advice once done. Your response will be highly appreciated
