Driver need to be Monitored

It seems that every Monday, from 13H00pm to 14H00pm, no T3 rea vaya buses are available at the Thokoza station. The buses will arrive at 14H00pm and then spend 20 minutes before loading any passenger. This is very stressing and baffling as many of your customers, including me, have to get to work.

Something needs to be urgently done.
