Good morning. I changed to Reavaya due to its convenience as I could avoid the long walk to the Taxi Rank in the crime infested Noord street Taxi area. Most of the time their card reading system is not working and we have to get off at Orlando Stadium to Tag in and then go back to the bus, depending on the driver, some would wait for us to tag in, whilst others just leave you there as if it is our fault their machines are not in working order. There is also the inconvenience also of having to wait for the next bus to tag out in the evening due to faulty system or remember to tag out first before you tag in in the morning. If you don't then you are penalised in charges. Now how fair is that? I do understand that every system implemented by an organisation might face teething problems but this is just getting out of hand and you are just expected to take it. To top it all today none of the system were working at all Reavaya Stations today. Passengers had to get off on the door directly onto the street where there is a possibility of being hit by the road traffic delinquents who use the reavaya bus lanes (I had once seen this happening at Orlando Stadium)
