ReaVaya service is very very poor this nowadays since they have introduced this card thing. We are always late. The machines in the bust are not working and if you did not tap out they penalize you. How can three stations be offline at the same time? and they wont allow you to travel for free so that you can recharge later on and this is all their fault. They have to do something about this or they must use the old way of buying tickets.
