Yesterday i went on to the bath station in Hillbrow and their terminals were off. they havent been working for the past week. so we coudnt tap in and tap out with our cards since the system is not working. when i got to carlton centre station, were i had to tap in and out, the stupid systems charged me a penality of R15.50!! imaine paying that much just because their terminals isnt working, its not my fault that they are not working, yet the customer has to feel the pain. i need that pernality reversed back into my account because it is not my problem that the terminals were not working. on top of the stupid billing system that they put in place, the bus from Braamfontein via Hillbrow to town is never on time!!! its supposed to come every 15 minutes but sometime you will wait 25minutes for a bus to come, sometimes two come at the same time, this si pathetic service we getting for the money that we are paying and their stupid penalities. why cant we make them pay penalities for their late coming.
