Bally System - not so bally good!

2 weeks ago, Fri 19 April, I hit a small jackpot (whoopeee don't know when last that happened can't even remember!!) and had to wait for a handpay. Well, it was totally frustrating..firstly no one came to assist me and I had to walk around to find someone (there does not seem to be any screen or whatever that alerts when there is a handpay on a machine - like the old system), eventually I found someone who came to my machine, she was back and forth, back and forth - all in all it took nearly an hour for me to have the funds loaded on my card!!! The poor attendant also seemed flustered because I was asking her why it took so long to sort this out and she just said "it's the new system! ". After such a long wait I should have at least been offered a drinks voucher!! It is just so annoying, frustrating (and a waste of my gambling time) - with the old system when there was a hand payout before you knew it the attendant was there with a cheque!! Another problem with my new card is that whenever I insert it into a machine it says "card is invalid" but after trying sometimes up to 10 times it EVENTUALLY takes it. Obviously teething problems but how long is it going to take to sort out?
