Government Pension Administration Agency
Pension pay out delay

Pension application made December 2012 & was told to expect pay out by end March 2013. When I didn't receive it, I called GEPF & was told that my application was still being processed. I called at end of April & was told that my file had been sent back to my dept on 26 April due to my I.D being unscannable. On 10 May I went to the GEPF offices in Pretoria (from F.S) & handed in my I.D of which they (personnel) made a copy & said that it was scannable & they'd get my file returned to them so my application can be processed. I called at end May I was told the file hadagain been returned to my dept on 24 May. GSSC called end June & asked to courier (R150) an I.D copy & affidavit, which I did. The affidavit was dated incorrectly (2013/07/40) & couldn't be used. I then sent a Hello Peter complaint which was followed up by a call & email requsting my I.F & no further correspondence was made. I proceeded to post my certified I.D & an affidavit to my employer (Weskoppies Hospital), to GSSC and to GEPF on Monday 15 July. Yesterday (2 September) I called the GEPF call centre & was told my file has been rejected & sent back to my employer AGAIN for the SAME issues of it being unscannable.
