Struggling to get pension pay-out since March

I sent my pension application in December 2012 and was informed to expect my pension pay out by end on March 2013. When I didn't receive it, I called GEPF & was told that my application was still being processed. I called again at the end of April and was told that my file had been sent back to my department on 26 April due to my identity document being unscannable. On 10 May I went to the GEPF offices in Arcadia, Pretoria and handed in my identity document of which they (personnel) made a copy & said that it was scannable & that they (GEPF personnel) would request my file from to be returned to them so that my application can be processed. I called at the end of May I was told the file had agai been returned to my department on 24 May. My HRdepartment claims to not have received my file in April and to have only received it when it was sent in May. I'm now being told that I must send (courirer because I'm now living in Free State) my certified identity document copy and affidavit to GSSC because the copy that my department recently sent has a certification date that has expired. The affidavit I courierd was mistakenly dated 2013-07-40 not 04 now I have to re-courier it ( /-R150)
