I resigned at my department wich is Human Settlement last year october 2012, i filled all the exit forms and everything that was need to be filled. the formes where send to GEPF and I started making follow ups with the call centre agents i was told my formes where returned to Humman Settlements went back to fill in a new form they took them back to GEPS they then confirmed that all of my forms where received and the payments department we processing my applications i called back on 25 April 2013 they told me the debt form was missing and my forms where sent back to my previous work I went there on the 15 to fill in a new form i called back after two days to Check weather my forms were captured on the system and they told me they are still waiting fr my forms, the gent I was speaking to then Called the GEPF liason who collects forms from the deparment to veryfy if she received the form and Larna Kistern confiremed that indeed she received the form and it is still being processed i called them today to check the status and I get a different story that my my forms where sent back to the department. Im sick and and tired of being told the same story or different story by the GEPF.
