Hi

I made payment to the CIPC (Companies Intellectual Property Commission) to register a defensive name with the commission for a new business. I made payment to reserve a name which worked fine. The process the website described worked fine and the R50 that I paid was available in the account to do the transaction. The same process was followed on the 22/07/2013. I paid R200 and followed the exact process again. No money accredited to the account and therefore I can't do the transaction on the website. Proof of payment was sent on more than one occasion to [Email Removed] and I also faxed the proof of payment with account details to 27 86 673 8313.

I have tried e-mailing, no response. The phone services goes to an answering machine. I have found no way to contact these people to register the name.
