I have bought my discharge from the SAPS on the 9th of April 2013 since then I am strugling to get them to pay out my pension money. I have lost my house, my vehicle and debtors are on my case because I can not pay my debts. My ex-husband wants to take me to court because I cannot pay my maintenance for our children. I have spoken to a few people from head office SAPS and the last one I have spoken to is Prince at tel (012) 3931035 and they say that it has been forwarded to the GEPF on the 15th of November 2013. I emailed the GEPF and they replied via email saying that the SAPS is still verifying the documents. A warrant officer that worked with me bought her discharge in September 2013 and in the beginning of November 2013 she already received her pension money. I still can not get any answer of when my pension money will be paid out. Can you please help because I am at my wits end with them because I cannot get any answer out of them. The GEPF offices are also closing on the 27th of December 2013 and they are only re-opening on the 2nd of January 2014. I must supply my children with their stationary for school but how will I do that if I don't get my money. Please Please Help!!!
