I LOGGED A COMPLAINT ABOUT OUR PREPAID ELECTRICITY METER THAT JUST STOPPED WORKING ON THURSDAY 29 AUGUST 2013, VIA THE CITY POWER WEBSITE

To date no technician has come out to check what the problem is.
I've spent the entire day on Monday 2 September trying to make some kind of contact with City Power via the Call Centre (0113755555) but to no avail. At 1 stage i held on for about an hour & a half FRUSTRATED
Are these so called "Agents" so busy that 1 has to hold on for an eternity???
We have now been without electricity from late Thursday till now, its been an ANNOYING & FRUSTRATING 4 days already & I'm wondering how much longer its going to be this way.
Ive totally had it with the service we as law abiding citizens have to take from Government Departments & I have now reached a point where I feel like getting my electricity restored by any means possible.
HOW MUCH LONGER ARE WE EXPECTED TO STAY WITHOUT ELECTRICITY!!!
I finally know why so many people turn to illegal connections
I'm aggravated, annoyed & totally!!!
