Good day, I was divorced in August 2008. At that stage the clean break policy did not include the GEPF. This changed and in August 2012 and I handed in my documents at the Youngsfield Military Base. Apparently the forms were forwarded to the Staff Office of the Defence Force in Pretoria, who forward this on 20 October 2012 to GEPF. Since then I did not get any feedback at all. I followed this up in May 2013 and was told to sent my Divorce Settlement and ID directly to the offices of the GEPF, which I did on the 17th of May. On the 23rd of July I sent all my information via e-mail to [email protected], to find out if they did receive my documentation. Untill now I did not receive any response from them. No acknowledgement that they have received my e-mail and whether they did receive my documentation.
