I am a very dissapointed pensioner, My name is Rhyme Popela, I m 64 years of age, i retired from my employer in 2007 due to unstable health. In December 2012, i went to the Department of labour in Kempton Park to do my UIF claims, i filled in all the required forms and was given a date to come back for feedback on my application, when i went I spoke to a guy by the name of Rabetswa who told me that my application was unsucceful because i have missed the deadline for applying for UIF claim, and i told him that the reason i missed the deadline was because i was not well healthwise, i was then told to apply for appeal against my claim and provide supporting documnets which i did, this was in February 2013, i was told that this will take approx 3 month before i get some feedback, to cut a long story short, today is the 2nd August and i havent had any feedabck from the deptmnt, when i try to call them its either Rabetswa is on sick leave, on lunch, or not answering his phone, i am a pensioner and sickly and i dont have the energy to be going up and down to their office for nothing. I have tried to get help from someone in head office and i was told that my applcation hasnt been captu
