Hi I'm Sylvanna Victoria manus I've applied for uif at cpt branch then I never got any feedback or letters etc over the period of a month and a week so I went on training for a company called wns as I never signed A contract, my fianc? was then hospitalized at sommerset hospital with a virus on his brain as he needed my assistance then I send the training manager a doctors note and I was informed that being absent could lead to me going to a disciplinary hearing or dismiss able I was then advised to rather resign from training so I went back to the uif office in athlone dept of labour and then I was told the funds has been approved but since I've started as an employee at wns the funds has been frozen so I explained the matter and then was advised to fetch a ui19 form from wns and re-apply for uif after a month which was 2-01-2014 I was @ athlone branch to check how far the claim is I was told it was declined via the cpt labour department, but I have not received any letter or call if I didn't go and find out myself I wouldn't have known I've got rent to pay and I was told to fill in an appeal form to justify why the claim needs to be paid to me now I need to wait another 2months
