Claim 4 Angels
UIF Maternity Benefits still outstanding

I submitted my maternity forms on 16 November 2012 via courier to Claims4Angels. I was then informed 2 weeks later than one of the UI19 forms from my employer was incorrect. I then requested that my employer redo the forms and I sent back to Claims4Angels. On 3 December 2012, I was then informed that information is required from my previous employer from 2010. I submitted this information through on the same day. I was then informed that there was a delay at the Labour Centre, however I had raised the question, which Labour Centre is handling my application since December to reecive no response. I wa then informed that the money would be paid by 21.12.2012. Thereafter was I informed it would be done by end Jan 2013. To date i have since been informed by the Labour Centre that my application still has not been captured and to get concrete feedback from Claims4Angels has proved to a timeous issue which cannot be resolved. If this was the situation, I feel that 5 weeks ago I should have been told to fetch my documents and resubmit where the process would have been completed faster. If Claims4Angels is not able to supply info, please inform your clients, as this delay is detrimental.
